Roughly, a P4 3GHz or better, but it really depends on the application. For games, it runs better than P4 3.2GHz CPU's in many circumstances. "Republicans in Congress are moving to ratify a constitutional amendment to ban flag burning, thus ending the Iraq insurgency."
