ye, it will run, but the motherboard will be a bottleneck for the card. The card will be limited to 4x instead of the faster 8x. 8x is round 2.2 gb/sec(i think) so 4x is prob round 1.8 gb/sec (maybe, just a guess), but it shouldn't slow your system down that much.

The performance difference between running 8x vs. 4x? I computed a 2.2% difference on my benchmarks. =)

agp 8x are backwards compat.They can usually run at 1x, 2x, 4x or 8x.You should have no problems running it.I havn't noticed much difference between 4x and 8x.
