7600gs AGP, any point in upgrading?

Right. Atm i have a 7600gs AGP (256mb), i'm wondering if there is any point in upgrading to a "newer" AGp card. I was thinking along the lines of X1950 PRO, as i have heard that is the "highest" AGP card. My specs are as follows:
My questions are: Is the X1950 PRO the best AGP card? If not, what is? Is there much of a performance upgrade over the 7600gs? Will i have to upgrade my PSU? Will it bottleneck?

Bump, needing help here, should i go for another 1gb DDR RAM while I'm at it, an X1950XT , and maybe add another IDE HDD? My concern is the CPU though - thinking of upgrading to a Q6600, 8800GT, 2GB DDR2, 500w PSU, 320GB HDD. But you know how much more that costs than just upping my AGP board.

An X1950XT will probably be a bit of overkill for a P4 2.8. 2GB of ram might help, but you might not need it depending on how heavily you use your PC.
It might be worth waiting and saving a bit of money. Although, I understand your position. I keep pouring money into my old system. I've probably spent over $700 on upgrades for my old system over the time.. It's hard to stop yourself sometimes : P
Try overclocking your CPU and GPU and see how you go with that. It might keep you happy for a bit longer.
