Specs: PC

I'm trying to remember a computer game back from the 90's we played in elementary school. You were in a haunted mansion, and I think the main character was a ghost. I know you went into the parlor room and played a machine which was a "game" where you had to get the correct prepositions for the given sentence. There was also a game where you had to do something with words to get up clouds to get into a tower. I can't remember what it is called, please help, it's driving me nuts!

My brother and I have been trying to think of a game we used to play in the mid to late 90s. There was a rabbit, and different activities you had to do. One activity that really sticks out in our memory is being in a kitchen/restaurant and there were orders, and you clicked on the foods and it would read you the names of the food. The most familiar quote is: "Quince! That's a fruit!" (weird, I know). Anyways I don't remember much else, except for the completion of the game (which we thought was really hard to get to). There was something about a carousel and a unicorn..you had to have all the pieces of the the carousel (or something like that) for it to run and for you to win the game.
I thought the old Reader Rabbit was maybe a familiar name, but I'm not sure. Or maybe something about a carnival? Although I don't remember much about a carnival.
Anyone know what I'm talking about?
