i very very very highly doubt you could play doom3 on a 1.8 celeron and 128 mb of ram with 640x480 and lowest settings. If your graphics card is onboard, you might as well forget about it, because that uses up system ram. i don't think that celeron can be overclocked, but please correct me if i'm wrong.

btw, even if u did oc it, it still wouldn't be able to play doom3. Even normal comp use, 128mb of ram is low for win xp. 256 is normal. 512 is really good. I think doom3 REQUIRES somewhere around 512mb ram, but i'm not sure. More for onboard video cards (which could never handle doom3) Still with more ram, your processor is to slow for games like doom3. If u update your ram, make sure u get the right kind of ram for your system. it would have been easier to put that all in one post :)

You need to upgrade you RAM to at least 256mb, preferrably 512mb...

What video card do you have?

Yes vlad if you upgrade to those componnents you will be able to play doom3.You wont be able to play on high settings but you will be able to play.

Your main concern right now should be on upgrading your ram.Your 128 megs is truly pathetic. If you were to add just 256 megs more you would see a huge difference right off the bat.

Im not sure how you compare Celeron to and Pentium or AMD but ppl have told me that my old Celeron 400mhz would be about PII 200mhz

If anyone would no exactly, ur Celeron is probably like a PIII 1Ghz or less?
