007 Quantum of Solace freezes

I am playing 007 Quantum of Solace. No problwm with the performance and game works great except that it freezes at the point where Bond is looking at people in a opera theatre and I can't seems to find and reference to the problem in any gamer's site or a patch that might fix it.
Has anyone else had this problem and if so were you able to fix it. What did you do? Other wise anyone have any ideas.
I play medal of Honor Airborne and Crysis and games like that with no problems so I'm inclined to believe it's a glitz in the game. Any help with be appreciated.
