i have a kasan Winx Perfect II tv tuner card.
The problem with that is such that this is a korian tv tuner card and it has support only for PAL M, PAL N and NTSC KORIA frequencies.
But in my country "Pakistan" there is only one frequency is working that is PAL BG.
I want to paly this card in Pakistan but due to frequency match problem the picture is black and white and sound is not along with the picture.
I wanna ask that is there any software or hardware technique to play this tv tuner card at PAL BG frequency.
Please Please Please reply me with a quick response.
