Hello. Everytime i start up my laptop it takes a really long time and this usually never happens. i get an error about windows defender saying "Windows Defender User Interface Has Stopped Working". After around 20 minutes of freezing at every boot up my computer runs perfectly fine. Any ideas?

... Click on the Startup (tab) lists the programs that are loaded at each Windows startup.
... carefull which you disable...reboot you will be warned that Windows blocked some start-up programs...pop-up
... click the icon select Run blocked program
... click on System Configuration Utility. a pop-up window, once again that you have changed the way Windows starts.
...Select the option that says Don't show this message
... or start System Configuration when Windows starts
