I had just attached iBall Robo - 351 webcam after shutting down the machine. After starting again Windows XP discovered new hardware and started searching for drivers from the CD which was given with the webcam box, and then it told me that there was no driver in the CD, so I started installing it manually. After installing the message that appeared was "The Software you are installing has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP.
On the Box, it is given that it supports Windows XP.
