Its easy to find driver for win9x/ME/NT/2k. What we really looking for is for winXP, seems like s3 havent released a driver for xp yet, the existing s3 drivers are not compatible with xp.

I found a driver that seems to work. My video used to flicker at high resolution. Now solid as a rock! NOTE: I do not know if this will work for everyone but it worked for me:
1)Go to www.s3graphics.com. 2) log in..just type archive for username and password. 3) select folder 362drv 4) download 5) open setup application (NOT internet setup) 6) it will install software giving you warning about untested driver. Proceed anyhow 7) reboot and your computer will reboot in really low resolution but just change to your desired setting in control panel.
