need video card upgrade to play video threw VGA PORT that converts to RCA and/or s-video cable in to TV
If it's a netbook (most Intel Atom-powered machines are), you cannot upgrade the graphics adapter on a netbook. You are stuck with what it has already. For better graphics/video performance you would have to buy a complete new laptop or PC which has better specs than your netbook.
