What do I do when my usb ports aren't working? When I troubleshoot it says the devices are working...but i'm trying to hook up my external disc drive and for some reason I think the usb port is stopping me. I had the external hooked up before and it worked, then I moved my computer and when I hooked it up again it wont read that there is a disc in there. it tries to read from my internal drive that doesn't work anymore, that's why I got an external. What do I do?
