Do you have flash drives or other drives plugged into these USB ports? Until you do so, it should not show as drives.

I've inserted the Flash drive into the usb port and the computer doesn't even say hardware found or new item found. I went to my device manager and I look at my usb ports they all are up but further down the usb root hubs have an ! in a yellow triangle. I need to know how to make my ports useable and if I even can.
