Comment:

I have that problem with my pen. I cannot write or delete files on it. There´s a message that says it is write-protected. I ´ve tried using ms-dos with the "attrib" command and yet again it says the msj. There´s no switch in my pendrive to take the "write-protected" out. It doesnt let me overwrite, delete or X, even if the file has no "read-only" porperties.

I would preciate someone who could help me please.

... open notepad copy and paste this into it:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\StorageDevicePolicies]
"WriteProtect"=dword:00000000

... save as type "ALL FILES"

... EnableUSBWrite.reg

... make sure it has "REG" extension

... once saved, right click option "Merge"

Grrrr
