usb hard drive works in xbox 360 not in pc

Hi everyone, My problem is have a usb 160 hardrive i share between my xbox 360 and laptop. I must've took the drive from my 360 before it was finish doing what it aws doing. Now the laptop wont let me access it, its no longer FAT32 its RAW and the laptop wants to format it and it also says that it now has 0 bytes. It still works when plugged into my 360 so the files are still there. using DATA recovery would take weeks its a 160GB nearly full. PLZ help.
