Hi All, I have Dell Inspiron laptop, purchased it recently.I want to connect to the internet using the USB cable from DSL Modem but when I connect the USB cable the from the modem to the laptop, It shows "This device does not have the drivers installed (Code 28)"in the device manager.I tried to find the drivers but didn't fine one. ... what is the "make" of the "DSL Modem" any numbers on it might be helpfull. ... they do come with a CD [new modems] tucked away between the layers of cardboard and they have the drivers on them !! ... when bought new. Grrrr "...pentathol makes you sing like a canary" ... got brain freeze

Its a BSNL Modem, Model No. is UT300R2U. A Configuration CD came with it, it does not have any drivers for USB port on it. Regards Toufiq Ahmed.
