Comment:

Previously, my USB Smartmedia card reader(PNY Tech) was working with my previous OS-Win98. I reformatted my harddisk and loaded the OS-Win98SE. Doing the same procedure in installing the USB Card reader, it does not show in the 'My Computer'. Is there a new driver needed for the OS-Win98SE?

Shouldn't be BUT you will need to load a driver for it. Do you have a mass storage driver?
