USB 2.0 Drivers for Presario 2103

My wife's laptop was running super slow, so I wiped the HD and reinstalled from the restore disk provided. Everything's gone well, except when I plug into the USB ports, it tells me that they're not USB 2.0, but 1.1. None of the disks I have seems to have a USB 2.0 driver on it, and I can't find it on HP's website, I suspect because this thing is so old. Can anybody tell me where I can find these drivers? Thanks.
