Comment:

I have an HP Pavilion laptop running Win Me. Win Me has never worked well on this machine. I tried to install W2000 and found I needed updated drivers for W2k. I've found 3 so far (display adapter, modem, and sound-video-game). I've downloaded the trial of DriverGuide Toolkit and found that there are lots of other drivers needed. I am assuming that many standard system drivers are included on the W2k CD. Are there any other drivers (besides the 3 mentioned)that I should locate before I try again to install W2k on this laptop?
Thank you.

It would cause less conflicts to undertake a clean install of W2K.

When you upgrade to Service Pack 4 thru Windows Update that may find some of the missing drivers, otherwise EVEREST:
