Comment: i ve formated this pc ,installed windows xp and now i am trying to upgrade the video driver to the original so all video features f the card work and after finishing installing and rebooting the pc i get a messsage reading unable to update driver bad driver or driver missing downloaded the video setup program from different sites and get same message

Reply: (edit)You require .NET Framework 2, therefore would advise undertaking all Critical and Non-Critical Windows Updates, prior to installing the ATi Driver...........

Reply: (edit)ive installed .net framework,rebooted,reinstalled the ATI driver and rebooted and still read the message that as it actually reads Fail to initialze ATI`s panel control because there isnt an ATI driver installed or the ATI driver isnt working properly...open for ideas alo i am downloading the rest of updates from microsoft
