Assume driver OK as other devices plugged into same port work fine.
Have plugged into different ports. No change.
Have gone thru all standard procedures from Windows re:- " USB Device not recognized "
Have tried PC Inspector data recovery software (Convar) to no avail. Won't pick up my device either.
Both Trancend & Microsoft have not been any help thru direct contact.
Apart from a professional data recovery firm is there any hard or software out there to resolve my dilemma?
