System not able to install USB storeage devic

I have disable and enable the usb storage device through regedit change value 3 & 4. Now I again enable the USB storage deive to put value 3. But now my xp porf. conldn't indentify USB Mass storage device when I connect it. Everytime it is ask to install driver but not able to installed is.
Can anyone help me out of this situation as I run the script on my whole network to disable the USB storage drive and now I need to install one USB dongle on all pc. but I can't do that. I installed this only on my pc as I did restore it on the date before I run script to disable USB storage device. Thanks,
