Soundmax Audio Full Duplex Driver

Hi there. I'm having problems installing my JSPhone (branded as Tevion) VOIP phone on my Dell 2400 Dimension.
This might be due to the soundacard. I think that it is not full duplex. Outbound sound is fine but inbound is all chopped up.
Any clues if it is the soundcard, amd also where I can get a new driver if required?
