hi, i've got a bit of a jam
i tried to plug in a web cam to my computer and it startd to install the drivers by himself all of a sudden even though they were already installed. anyway in the middel of the installation the computer just "jumped" and restarted itself without even shutting the windows. when it came back, my sound was gone and also my cd's drivers. any way, i removed them and installed them again and now evrything looks good on my hardware manager but there is no sound. also the sound control panal isn't there at the bottom of the screen.
can anybody help? i have c-media ac97 sound card which os part of the mother bord (sis 7012)
thanks
