opti sold its sound card business in 1997, long before XP came into being....so sorry, dude, but drivers for XP or even 2000 doesn't exist....opti's website (www.opti.com) says you can buy another PCI based sound card for under 30$ if you are using win2000 or winXP (some guts they got huh!)
anyway, you can try winNT drivers in XP , see if they work (i highly doubt it)...that's your best bet
