I am in need of a driver that will work on 64 bit machine for the Soundblaster 5.1 sound card. Or a location that I can purchase a 64 bit card reasonable.

Creative has not produced any 64-bit drivers for the SoundBlaster 5.1. There aren't even any official Vista drivers, so a 64-bit driver is highly unlikely to ever be made.

A SoundBlaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio card would be supported on 64-bit XP and Vista, and costs less than $50 at most online retailers.
