I have this sound card. It has sound in windows, but it's only plug and play drivers that run it.

This I read right off the hardware sound card chip:
It's FCC ID is K33IFISP16R20
Crystal CS4248-KL WKA0ZF9452
Opti 82C929A 9446RVA57

I found a site that matches the FCC ID info, but it has no drivers. I must have the wrong site or something. So where do I get the latest drivers for this dang sound card?

Try www.driverguide.com, using the Opti serial number - there's one driver there which should help you
