my dear frind i visited sis.com but i did'nt find my modle no driver or may be i did'nt find please help me i have only 16 color i spend 45 minutes to search driver at sis.com but i did'nt find please provide any solution to me

if i install windows vista can my problem solved i heard that vista have all drivers for all devices if not
can i use generic driver for my vga card driver it is possible.

That VGA Card is totally out of date, for Vista you really need a DirectX9 compatable VGA card:

I sent you a driver for a SIS 6201 PCI card and it may work for your card, If you have any trouble installing it let us know.
