Comment: I have a motherboard with the SiS 620/5595 chipset. I'm trying to get better that 640 X 480 with 16 colors. When I install the drivers it lets me, but then reboots and all the changes are gone. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance. Chuck

Reply: (edit)Some people would have thought that ECS was bribed by Microsoft just to produce the Windows drivers. but then again this happens all the time! poor sods like me have to make one from scratch! I refuse to buy a product now that dosn't come with drivers for Linux and Windows, and as for this K7S5A motherboard, I will have to remove it from my PC. -- DoctorMO --

I bought a new hd 60G, my bios doesn't reconise it, I read that I have to upgrade my bios, but this seems not to work.
i downloaded amifl816.exe but it gives the same errors : Error2 - file does not exist
I booted in Dos, and win, but no good response, please help me?

all is working, but when i disassemble it I forgot the jumper settings and i cannot put the reset switch,power indicator and speaker.

Reply: (edit)Hey all you Help Needers! This is god. Well for you it is, because i know that there are drivers for the SiS 620/5595 chipset at sis.com. Go to their web site and go to the driver download section. Choose whether or not you want audio/chipset or graphics drivers, then download the one you need. Simple wasn't it?

Reply: (edit)Not so simple Rayden, sis.com did not work for me. The site has been changed or is no longer available. However, after searching hard I hit the jackpot. Go to this link and you will find the Sis 5595 driver. It work like a charm for me.

Reply: (edit)everyone here looking 4 drivers all the drivers on this page are incorrect ... the main problem is the motherboard resources. You need to locate a complete version of the motherboard drivers . windows installs the default version, when you try to add a video driver there r conflicts. so far one of the solutions is a 55mb file... location::::: http://www.compdrivers.com/Home%20Series/
