CPU/Ram: cyrix 133 /96mb sdram

I have looked on sis site for the drivers but i get sis 540 closest and it dont work,
i look on driverguide and none work!
i urgently need a working set of this driver,
any help appreciated,

I've found it.it's a c-media sound card with the chipset 8338 http://www.cmedia.com.tw/e_dload1.htm
