I have HP ScanJet 2400 in my office for scanning purpose, unfortunately some days ago my office consultant install a new windows xp service pack2. Now I don’t have the Software CD for scanning but I have it’s driver from HP website. I tried a lots of time to download and every time I completed my download of Software (setup_full_24361), it come back with an error, without completing even starting the installation.
I downloaded the Software from http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=297431&prodTypeId=15179&prodSeriesId=297429&swLang=8&taskId=135&swEnvOID=228 It's HP Scanjet Full Feature Software and Driver 203.7mB
Now I am very much disappointed and I have to do more work from Corel to scan my documents/images. Can you please help me find or suggest me the best software you are using for scanning purpose other then the CD came with the Scanner so I can found that on the internet.
