Have a problem with my HP PSC 1210 all-in-one. My system won't recognize the presence of the scanner. I know I've done the installing/uninstalling jobs as recommended. People representing local HP support experienced the same problem when I returned the device. Still, they had a WinXP and they managed to scan under the Control Panel/Scanners & Cameras icon, using right-click menu. The difference is, my Win2000 Scanners & Cameras contains NOTHING. I've read a lot on the net about some hotfix or patch Microsoft has prepared to fix this bug that seems to be acknowledged by them. I found nothing to download. If someone knows more on this, please give me a clue.
