when i tried to update my drivers on the creative site there was no listing (by name OR product number) for a soundblaster audigy special edition. hmm, so stupidly i just picked one at random (audigy LS) and installed it, now my moniter speakers work but my external speakers don't and i can't find these drivers on my computer, cause they installed themselves, to uninstall them and restore the old ones. any ideas?

Hi chrisbuchli.


The SB Audigy SE is probably the Soundblaster Audigy Gamer.


Special Edition means it didn't come with the games that are included with the Gamer, but the card is the same.


So try the Soundblaster Audigy Gamer drivers for XP.
