SATA driver - BootableCD

When I prepare the bootable CD giving reference CDROM files such as SSCDROM.SYS and MSCD.exe in AUTOEXEC.BAT and CONFIG.SYS files, it does not wotk saying no valid driver found. From where the SATA DVDrom drivers will be available?
