so everytime I download the drivers, my compaq can't find the location of the drivers??? I contacted sandisk support and they really didn't help me. all I want is the darn thing to start working. any help would be great. thanks:)

Usually you install the USB Drivers first..........

i dont no what he's talking about installing the USB drivers you need to install the SanDisk Drivers windows 98 will automaticaly install the USB drivers so where ever you downloaded the drivers to go and install them.
