go to my computer click proprieties, hardware find the cd rom programs remove it and restart windows and it should scan for new hardware installed, if not you need new drivers installed. go to windrives.com for it
Summary: Need a little help here. Got a Samsung SD-612 DVD-ROM and all of a sudden it’s not recognizing DVDs. It does fine for music and software CDs, but when you insert a DVD it just says “No disc in drive”....
