Comment: While trying to reinstall win 2000 pro, i accidentally created a clean/new version of win 2000 pro. Now during my startup, ill have to choose the win 200 pro which i am currently using. The clean version of win 2000 pro is useless; i dont use it. It slows down the startup and running speed of the computer. I just want to have the windows i am currently using. How do i remove the clean version of windows 200 pro?

Reply: (edit)In order for you to have dual booted 2 OSes you needed a second partition to install to, you just need to delete the partition and reformat the partiton so it is usable. If you don't want to have the second partition, you will need a utility program so you can resize your good partition to include the unused space of the second. Partition Magic is a good one.
