CPU/Ram: 1.70 gb

getting an invalied disk when i try to format c: or boot disk failure insert system disk i cant get my computer to show
A: so i cant get any where ????? what can i do ?

i have a 1.70 gb and a 528 mb and a might be a 7 mb they all need to be reformated .
