realtek 8139 lan driver for window

i am having trouble updating my realtek rtl8139/810x. when i go to device manager to there is a yellow circle with an !mark inside it, i then go to update driver and it does all that process but when i have clicked finish after updating has beeen complete it still has a yellow circle beside it. i have tried download new update drivers for it and i still have the problem, i tried the driver cd that came with my notherboard and that takes the yellow circle away, but it disyplays the lan card. then when i swith on my com the lan card aint displayed. so could sombody please help me set up my lan card. iam using windows Me, if its any help i my lan card is a onboard one & my motherboard is the sy-k7vempro.

Have you tried in to see the properties of the device with the yellow circle. Does it say something about a resource conflict? You might want to change the interrupt request. For example in my realtek card it is Interrupt ReQuest (IRQ) 10. Good luck! Regards.
