when i first installed the card and installed the driver that came along with it ( catalyst v4.1) games worked perfectly fine even at high resolution. But when i changed to driver v4.4 the games started running choppily even at the lowest setting in any game i play( POP:sands of time, Halo etc) and also the internal DAC showed 400 MHZ for v4.1 and showing 500 MHZ for v4.4.( I did not overclock the card) I have tried resetting to the v4.1 driver and the D3d function option is not highlighted in dxdiag even after reinstalling dx9.0b, which , of course, will not run any game i play.
Another peculiar problem is that after uninstalling the card windows xp detects that there is a VGA controller and automatically recognises the card and installs the driver for it, without asking for a prompt from the user!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
