go to www.logitech.com and download the driver.
JUst match up the picture with your cam...they work fine with xp.

Ive had the same porblem with my Quickcam express and Win XP. I've tried several drivers and none work. I downloaded them from Logitech even ver 6 no luck, does not work !!.

I am running a quickcam in XP,
windows loaded its drivers automaticaly,
Logitech quickcam express program is not
compatible with XP.

I have the Color QuickCam, has anyone tried that with XP? Does Windows download the driver automatically, or should I get one off the Logitech site (that site says they only support Win95 and lower).

Need urgent help! MS Messenger (latest version) can't detect my Logitech QuickCam pro USB, but it works perfect by Netmeeting (ver 3.0) and by its Software. What can i do?
Thanks

Go to:
http://www.logitech.com/cf/support/quickcamfiles.cfm
and click go! to download the newest quickcam driver for windows xp.

I had the same problem. The drivers of Logitech did not help. However, I reinstalled Windows XP and then connected the camera without installing any software from Logitech. XP now automatically detected the camera and installed the drivers correctly. After this I installed the Logitech software and my camera now works

I had some problems whit the QuickCam Express. After 1 or 2 minutes my I et a system crash. I cant reboot or do something other. I have the driver 6.01 from Logitech but the same problem.

Will you please send me a disc with the driver on it? We have a Dell 2100. I will gladly pay you. I will send a check or give you our credit card number, if you let me know how much and where to send it. We have had this camera for about ayear or two, I think. It has a gray adjusting ring. USB. I don't think the numbers on the black tag, such as they are, are the ones that you would want. (Made in China)

Same problem. After fresh install of XP pro i loaded up Microsoft cam thingy and no longer had control of mouse. Could use keyboard, and system would NOT reboot (had to power off)

Hi,
I have the same type of pb. V6.01 for the drivers, Quickcam pro 3000 and XP. The cam is working fine on XP (i can record...), but with messenger and Net meeting, it's not working... I mean the image is not sent, and the microphone doesn't work. Does anybody have a solution to solve that pb? (except using yahoo or ICQ!! ;-) )
