problems with second videocart

I can't get Direct Draw & 3D running at my second videocart under Win98se. First cart: Asus v3800 TNT2 second cart: Diamond Viper v330 riva 128, i'm using the latest drivers and Direct X 8. Does anybody know if it is posible to run drirect draw / 3d at a second videocart in win98 and how?
