Problems with KX-P6100 & Win2000

I have Win2000 Professional installed and have downloaded the drivers from http://www.kme.panasonic.co.jp/saga/english/printer/asia/mlbp/p6100/p6100download.htm

It installs OK, however it does not work... it will spool OK, but nothing happens. I have checked my cable etc, to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

The electronic manufacturer has has an update for it.... go figure. I just loaded the 2k drivers in XP, everything works great.
