Problem with Webcam driver..help needed

I have windows 95 with USB supplement. I enabled USB in set up and used Floppy Disk given by vendor to upgrade to USB. Then I connected Web cam and updated the driver using CD given by Web Cam Vendor. After that when I checked Device Manager, I found Web Cam in the USB list along with USB and USB root HUB, but WEB CAM has yellow (!) mark and driver info says Driver failure with code 22. I am confused that is it USB problem or Web Cam driver problem or WIN 95 s/W problem? Please advice...

i also have a problem with my webcam, have no driver for it and cant find one in internet, its name is sigma cam1000U, i also have seen the same cam which name was blue thunder pc-eye, but no driver to download.
