Hi.

I have tried to solve a problem the last couple of days, but haven't succeeded yet. I hope some of you can help me.

I have bought an IBM Thinkpad 560X with a 20X-PCMCIA-CDROM-drive (brand unknown) that functions without any problems under Windows 98. I want to use it in DOS, too, but since the brand is unknown, I don't know what driver I should download. There is simply nothing on the CDROM-drive which indicates the brand of the drive and I understand if it sounds strange, but there really is no sign of that.
So, I thought that maybe some of you knew about a brand/brands that have made these kinds of PCMCIA-drives without the brand name on it, so that I could try to download drivers from their website/s. Also, if any of you knew about a standard driver for PCMCIA-CDROM-drives I could try them, too. I have asked the guy who sold me the notebook if he knew about the brand, but he didn't.
I have already tried several drivers from IBM, Panasonic and Archos, but without no luck.

So, if anyone can be helpful on this one, I would be glad. Thanks in advance.
