CPU/Ram: athlon 1.8+ 256ddr

I have a problem with my modem intel(r) 537 data fax modem v.90.I've change my motherboard, right now i have Gigabyte GA-7N400 Pro 2 with nforce chipset but i think that driver for my modem is to old and i did't find some newer driver (10.dec.2002).When i connect to internet connection will break emmediately.Please help!

There are some here dated Oct.03, not 100%
sure they're the right ones, but you might want to take a look.
