CPU/Ram: pentium3,128mb

I have problem with drivers for video card.I instal some drivers,and problem is thet first showing me only 16 bit colors and now when i turn on my computer i cant do enithing because just stand on window 98...Help,what tu do step by step please.My video card is nVidia vanta 32MB.Thanks.
