Hi There,
First off.. My computer is an e Machine, however the motherboard, Memory and hard drives were all replaced.

I am having a problem with one of my device drivers and I can't figure out which one it is and how to fix it. I installed and ran the Driver Detective that scanned all of my drivers and it came up with a list of drivers that need to be updated, including...

Display adapters: SiS651_661FX_741_760_760GX_M661FX_M661MX_M741_M760_M760GX

IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers:
SiS PCI IDE Controller

Sound, video and game controllers:
Realtek AC'97 Audio

Network adapters:
SiS 900-Based PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter

That is the complete list it came back with, however the free version doesn't offer any help in fixing any of these problems or where to find updates. I have been getting the blue screen and messages that Windows has recovered from a serious problem, and it keeps referring to a faulty device driver. What is also funny is that my Internet browsers (Internet Explorer & Mozilla) will shut down frequently also other computer programs such as Microsoft Word, AOL, etc will do the same. I don't understand it! It's so frustrating and I've tried fixing the problem and researching it myself but I've had no luck. HELP PLEASE!!!!

If you replaced the board, you should know what the make/model number is...then you simply go to the board manufacturers website & download the latest available drivers. You board is obviously based on an SiS (yuck) chipset, did you try the SiS website?
