You can install the printer software through the cd which one come with printer otherwise you can download the printer driver from lexmark website and then you can install the printer driver software. If printer not found then you can change the usb port and check that it is going detect or not. Go to the device manager and click scan new hardware, if printer show in the device list then you can install the printer.
