Pls Help: Vaio Audio Driver

Hello,

I'm having a horrible time getting any sound/audio to come from my Sony Vaio, PCG-GRT100.

I think I need to update or reinstall my audio driver, but I don't have a CD and can't figure out any site to download from.

Any help would be tremendously appeciated.
